The Coastal FC Winter Classic are competitive indoor youth soccer one-day tournaments in a small sided (5v5 | 6v6) playing format for boys and girls ages U8 – U15.

U8 (2017) - U13 (2012) Development & Recreational
U14 (2011) - U15 (2010) Tier 1 (Div 1/Div 2) Tier 2 (Div 2/Div 3)
Playing dates are December 21st, 2024 to January 5th, 2025; all games played at the BMO Coastal Soccer Centre.
GAME FORMAT
U8 will play 5 a-side soccer
U9 – U15 will play 6 a-side soccer

The game is fast, technical, and loads of fun!
DATES
The one-day tournaments will run between December 21st to January 5th. Each team will be guaranteed 4 x 25 minute games on a single day. Check the list below to see which days your group is playing.

REGISTRATION
Early Bird Rate - $290 (Before November 1st, 2024)
Regular Rate - $340 (After November 1st 2024)
ROSTERS
ALL TEAMS must upload game rosters to their team dashboard.
Rosters must include:
Player Name, Year of Birth and Jersey Number (if your team is in the younger age groups and does not have numbers on their jersey's please let us know)

To upload your roster:

login to your Event Connect account (the one you signed up for the tournament with)

scroll down to where it says "Edit Survey"

click the link

you will see the questions you answered when you registered. Scroll down to the question about uploading roster and click on the upload button.

Find where you saved your roster and click on it to upload it to your dashboard.
You can also add all players to your team dashboard individually, if you would prefer. We will accept either type of roster as long as it includes all player/staff full names, Birthdates and jersey numbers.

LOCATION
The Coastal FC Winter Classic will take place inside the BMO Coastal Soccer Centre. The Centre is located at the South Surrey Athletic Park; 2199 148th Street, Surrey.
